THREE-TERMINAL ADJUSTABLE OUTPUT POSITIVE VOLTAGE REGULATOR

SA317 is an adjustable three-terminal positive voltage regulator, providing a maximum current exceeding 1.5A when the output voltage range is 1.25V to 37V. This voltage regulator is exceptionally easy to use, and only two external resistors are needed to set the output voltage. In addition, internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe working area compensation are used to basically prevent the fuse from blowing.
