3.3V 16-BIT BUFFER WITH 3-STATE OUTPUTS

The SLP74LVT16244B is a 16-bit high performance bus buffer and line driver. The device is designed for 2.7V to 3.6V VCC operation, but with the capability to provide TTL interface to a 5V system.

The device has four groups of 4-bit independent line drivers with 3-state outputs. When the input of nOE— is high, the associated 4-bit output is in the high-impedance state.
